Invisible Battlefields: Cyber Threat Intelligence During Geopolitical Conflicts
2026-08-15 , Stage 2

Geopolitical conflict increasingly unfolds in and through cyberspace, where state and non-state actors exploit uncertainty, disruption, and ambiguity to advance their strategic objectives. This presentation will explore the role of cyber threat intelligence (CTI) as a cornerstone of organisational cybersecurity strategy during periods of geopolitical tension. Drawing on recent real world conflicts and the cyber campaigns and incidents that accompanied them, the session will demonstrate how CTI enables organisations to shift from a posture of passive defence to proactive resilience. Attendees will gain insight into how intelligence led approaches can inform executive decision-making, enhance internal organisational coordination, and support strategic planning in these volatile times.

I work in threat intelligence.
